A tourist has been arrested in Dubai after trying to use a fake credit card to pay his AED130,000 (US $35,398) bill at a Dubai hotel.
Gulf News reports that the tourist had booked a room however left the hotel after only one night. The hotel later registered a case after they found out the card was a fake.
The report also adds that Dubai Police has urged businesses and public to alert police about such scams so the suspects can be arrested before they leave the country.
