Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski in Riyadh has appointed Fahad Abdullah Saleh Bukhari as its executive chef. Bukhari previously worked as head chef at Saudi Arabian Airlines, executive chef at Palace of the Queens, Jeddah, and subsequently becoming banquet chef at Jeddah Hilton Hotel.

As well as holding  the position of chef de cuisine for the Western Kitchen at HRH Prince Al Waleed bin Talal’s palace in Saudia Arabia, Bukhari has been awarded “Best Hygiene and Food Safety” by Saudi Airlines Catering, including awards for his food exhibitions.

Fahad Bukhari holds a diploma in catering from Saudi Arabian Airlines and a bachelor’s degree in accounts from King Abdulaziz University. Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski is located in the heart of the new business and financial district of Riyadh.
