Mehdi Serrour, Rixos Bab Al Bahr’s new general manager has over three decades of regional and international experience.
While pursuing his degree in Pennsylvania in USA, Serrour dabbled with several part time jobs, including waiting on tables. He caught his first break with Club Med in Malaysia, where he went on to become the general manager and then rose to the position of vice president . During his 10-year tenure with Club Med, Serrour worked in Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Italy and France.
He then returned to the United States, where he spent nearly two decades working with hospitality giants such as Accor Hotels and Shangri La.
