Linen supplier Signoria Hospitality focuses on bringing hassle-free elegance to the Middle East hospitality sector with an extensive range of products, according to GCC sales manager M.S. Bipin.
Catering to the Middle East hospitality industry is no easy task due to the mix of cultures and tastes, according to Signoria Hospitality GCC sales manager M.S. Bipin.
But it hasn’t stopped the linen manufacturer from succeeding in the region. The Italy-based company has extended its range to meet the diverse requests of customers through its Dubai office and the Middle East sector now makes up 30% of its market.

Bipin is using more than a decade’s experience in the laundry and linen industries to drive Signoria’s growth in the GCC and in turn, intends to improve the standard of available linen products across the sector.
“Testing the fabric in a reputed lab to verify the submitted facts along with the pricelist does not exist in this part of the world. This situation helps many of the substandard products and companies to enter into this market,” observes Bipin.
Signoria manufactures linen using well-advanced and modern facilities taking great care to provide clients with elegant and durable linen products it has dubbed ‘linen for hassle-free maintenance’.
“The level of hoteliers’ knowledge in choosing the right products has increased tremendously during the past few years because of better qualifications and the effect of the internet. So now hoteliers don’t only look at brands; they look at quality when selecting the product”, says Bipin.
The Italians are known for their creativity and style and Signoria’s Tuscanylinen range of products exude elegance, he adds.
According to Bipin, the hotels’ tougher supplier selection processes have worked in the company’s favour, with Signoria Hospitality recently securing “a lot of significant orders from hotels in the Middle Eastern market”.
Like many suppliers, Signoria manufactures its goods overseas at its facilities in Italy and Turkey, but offers a relatively quick delivery period for standard products of four-to-six weeks and eight-to-12 weeks for custom-made items.
