Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City has tempted award-winning pastry chef, Housee Mohammed to join the hotel’s kitchen brigade as its junior sous chef.

Mohammed is a twenty year veteran, armed with many awards and recognitions, including a gold medal for his creativity and quality from the Mauritius Saloon Culinary.

Marco Aveta, operations manager at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City said: “Chef Mohammed has managed pastry kitchens in various capacities for the past nineteen years. He worked at some of the leading properties in sought-after locations including the up-scale La Plantation and Oberoi Hotel in Mauritius.”

French-schooled Mohammed said that while his kitchen abilities are varied, his passion lies in pastry:

“My embrace of a wide variety of cuisine comes from two decades of emersion in leading hotel kitchens in Europe and the Indian Ocean islands.”

“I am now ready to raise the bar even further at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City. Dubai’s multi-cultural bag is a real magnet for me,” said Chef Mohammed.
