Erin Andrews sues Marriott and Radisson

Erin Andrews, the reporter who was stalked and filmed through hotel peepholes by stalker Michael David Barrett, is suing several hotel chains for negligence and invasion of privacy.

Andrews is suing Marriott International Inc. and Radisson Hotels International Inc. claiming the hotels told Barrett that she was staying there, revealed her room number and immediately provided him with a room adjacent to hers.

Barrett stalked Andrews in three cities in 2008 and altered the peepholes and shot videos of Andrews in two of the locations.

In March Barrett was sentenced to two and a half years in prison for stalking and was ordered to register as a sex offender.

Barrett uploaded the videos of the naked Andrews on the Internet.
