The Marketing/PR Person of the Year award, sponsored by A.Ronai and Steelite, was presented to Movenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach’s Anamarija Raickovic at the Hotelier Middle East Awards 2011.
Raickovic was recognised for having gone above and beyond all aspects of her role to establish a strong presence for Movenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach in the market.
Some of her achievements mentioned by the judges included rebranding the restaurant, promoting a new Friday brunch with “great success”, project management of the implementation of a personal valet system in guest rooms and volunteering as a waitress and hostess to help at major events.

"It’s fantastic to have such a great team. Jumping from one department to another and helping eachother is such an exciting thing, it’s very fulfilling, this award means the world to me," commented Raickovic upon receiving the award.
The judges highly commended shortlisted nominee Lina Vasiloudis from Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi.
