Saudi Hotels and Resorts Company (Sharaco) CEO Badr Al Bader has revealed the company's plans to enter the mid-market hotel segment in Saudi Arabia.
The group currently owns and operates 11 five-star hotels in Saudi Arabian cities, five of which are in Mecca.
“As part of the next phase of our growth, we are exploring three-star and four-star properties in secondary cities. It’s an attractive segment, it’s underserved and it’s high growth,” Bader told Hotelier Middle East.
