The Ramada hotel group’s two Ajman properties, Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman and Ramada Beach Hotel Ajman, marked UAE National Environment Day by organising a beach-clean day at Ajman Public Beach.
According to the hotel group, this is the first CSR activity of 2016 for the two Ajman-based hotels. The event involved department heads and associates from both hotels, who helped to collect rubbish at Ajman’s public beach, and to raise environmental awareness.
Iftikhar Hamdani, cluster general manager of both Ajman properties said: “This is the first of our many green activities lined up for 2016. We will carry on seeking ways to preserve the beauty of and promote tourism in Ajman, for the benefit of its residents, tourists, and all the businesses in the emirate, not just for the National Environment Day but all throughout the year.”
