The Address Hotels and Resorts introduces guest service initiative called iGenie that draws on advanced in-room automation services.

Available across all of its properties, the new automated service will enhance the guest experience providing them with a tablet in their rooms to browse and make bookings or order services provided by the hotel.

iGenie will let guests make leisure and recreation appointments, such as sign up for golf lessons or purchase movie tickets from Reel Cinemas.

The iPad-based service also lets guests book house services such as concierge, housekeeping, engineering.

iGenie also aids in placing orders from restaurants and receive real-time updates on the promotions that are available at all properties. Furthermore, it offers internet browsing as well as serves as a newspaper reader. An interactive video wall is also a part of the platform.

The service extends to include in-room automation services such as temperature, lighting and TV management.
