The Terrace restaurant in Ajman has been awarded HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) certification, accredited by the Dubai Accreditation Center (DAC). 

The Indian-Arabic multi-cuisine restaurant is operated by the Hospitality Division of Thumbay Group UAE.

British Standards International (BSI) business development manager for the Middle East & Africa Mathew John presented the HACCP certificate to the food quality controller and HACCP team leader of The Terrace restaurant last week.

The certifying body noted that The Terrace had successfully implemented HACCP standards in “the receiving, storage, food preparation in main central kitchen, transportation and service”.

“This is a proud moment for us and this motivates us to excel further in our standards of service,” the restaurant said in a statement.
