Hotelier Middle East has launched its second annual HR director survey, which can be answered here.
The survey asks HR professionals working in hospitality across the Middle East to give their candid opinion on the pressing issues, challenges and growth areas facing their department.
Survey responses are completely anonymous, and should take only 10-15 minutes to complete.
The survey is open to mid to senior level human resources professionals working in the Middle East hospitality industry.
Learning and development managers, senior in-house trainers, HR managers and directors, and heads of talent and recruitment are all eligible to complete the survey.
An analysis of the survey responses will form the initial research basis for Hotelier Middle East’s second annual Human Capital report, which is due to be published in October.
