A multi-cuisine restaurant called Fusion has been opened by Ghaya Grand Hotel.

The Ghaya Grand Hotel in Dubai’s International Media Production Zone is "reviving" its 150-seat in-house restaurant, Fusion, a company statement has said.

Speciality chefs will create dishes for all tastes, including Far Eastern and Asian cuisines, while guests will also be offered a live cooking station, with wok, tandoor and oven cooking specialities.

Ghaya Grand Hotel food & beverage director Abhishek Waghulde said: “We cater for all local and international audiences and we are proud to offer everyone that comes through the door with exceptional hospitality. The revival of Fusion caters to many different tastes, and the delicacies on offer reflect the uniqueness and warmth of the Ghaya Grand Hotel.”

The restaurant will have theme-based nights six days a week with brunch on Fridays, and fresh catch seafood night specials on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

The restaurant will also have Asian nights with Indian dishes along with a wok fried and dimsum bar every Monday and Tuesday, with sushi nights on Saturdays.
