M Hotel Downtown by Millennium has appointed Yulduz Kengbaeva as the new director of sales for leisure.
Kengbaeva brings 14 years of strategic sales experience in the travel, tourism and hospitality sectors in her new role at the property.
Prior to joining M Hotel Downtown by Millennium, she was previously the assistant director of sales in Ajman Hotel where she lead the sales team in implementing diverse approaches targeted for leisure travellers, maintaining comprehensive client servicing and budget.
In her new role, Kengbaeva will be responsible of identifying business opportunities, upholding the highest performance standards, and implement procedures to improve overall operation and effectiveness of the property. She will also take lead in building and maintaining positive partnerships with the country’s biggest travel and tourism agencies, a statement said.
