A former waiter from Armani Hotel Dubai has admitted stealing from guests, according to a report in 7Days.
The South African used staff keys to rifle through guests belonging, before finally being caught trying to pocket an AED 53,000 Gold Rolex.
Dubai police found AED 330,200 in the 20-year-old thief’s home in Discovery Gardens.

He told police that AED 13,000 of the cash was tips from guests while the remainder he had stolen.
The man pleaded guilty and the verdict will be given on November 28.
