Course Overview
Pricing is one of the most important and challenging business decisions with both short-run and long-run implications. Revenue management is considered to be tactical pricing with limited capacity, integrating sales and inventory management strategies. This workshop is meant to provide participants with the right tools and principles to make effective pricing decisions to drive profitability and position correctly their hotels in the market.
