Kempinski’s Mall of the Emirates hotel’s director of IT, Prasanna Rupasinghe, took the 'Network Management Professional of the Year award’ at the Network Middle East Awards 2013, held on Wednesday 29th of May 2013 at Dubai's Jumeirah Emirates Towers.
Judged by an expert panel, the Network Middle East Annual Innovation Awards are now in their ninth year and recognise technology leaders from both the public and private sector while celebrating the most creative projects, teams and individuals in the region.
A post graduate in IT Management, Prasanna Rupasinghe has more than 15 years experience – close to a decade of which have been spent within the Kempinski Group – analysing, designing, consulting and managing projects and multi-million dollar state-of-the-art IT installations within the hospitality industry, covering leading hotel chains and restaurants.
