Trust International VP sales Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Americas Heinrich Kessler said the company was delighted to be working with Mezze Associates.

“[Mezze Associates] have over 30 years experience in this region. A CRS platform can make or break a hotel chain and to get the edge on one’s competition it’s important to choose a partner committed to offering hoteliers a flexible solution that will maximise revenue through all channels,” Kessler said.

“We believe that our local presence and market knowledge will help hotel chains benefit from Trust International’s strong global positioning and experience.”

The statement from the companies asserted with drops in revPAR it was “important that independent hotel chains look at their own reservation platforms in order to compete against the international brands”.

It was added that clear directives on how to increase revenue through distribution channels and understanding the customer booking process were essential for new hotel chains to gain market share.
